FORMAT
Single strip 2000 mm long, from which inserts can be cut to form fire-resistant collars.
EMPLOYMENT FIELDS
From the universal KM-FSU strip, which can be sectioned directly on site, several fire-resistant collars are obtained to protect combustible pipes up to Ø160 mm
MODALITY OF USE
After measuring the circumference development of the fuel line to be protected, cut the necessary segment of fire-resistant collar from the universal KM-FSU strip, first cut the thickness of the thermo-expanding material KM-FF107 and then cut the sheet steel shell with a shear or a flexible. Insert the four fixing brackets to the compartmentalization structure radially into the square holes of the collar. Insert the two tabs (male/female) into the last square holes of the collar to tighten the collar in line with the pipe. Attach the collar with the metal dowels to the compartmentalization structure.
