The KM-QSLAVE PLC MICRO/KM-QSLAVE SF system is designed to create overpressure to protect the smoke filter areas. It is made up of several components divided into 4 units:

The KM-QSLAVE PLC MICRO/KM-QSLAVE SF smoke filter system is used when there is a need to manage fire risk, safeguarding the areas defined by the project “safe”. These areas require interventions with complementary systems aimed at preventing the fire and fumes resulting from this risk from invading the so-called safe areas or smoke-proof filter zones from other areas. By designing compartmentalization walls and slabs, access fire doors, and any fire-resistant seals for plant crossings, which characterize fire- and smoke-proof areas, it is important to ensure that the areas themselves are kept under pressure towards the risk zones, so as to prevent the opening of fire doors from endangering the filter zone.
INSTALLATION
Command unit A is attached to unit B, the buffer battery box, and must be placed in the filter area or in any case in a safe area. Unit D, differential pressure gauge, shall be placed in the safe zone at a distance from the control panel not exceeding 6 ml of cord. The distance from the picture should not exceed 9 ml of cord. Unit C, pressurisation electric fan, shall be placed with the front ejection face in the safe zone to be pressurised, either wall or slab.
